The Foundation envisions a peaceful and secured society; we mobilize resources and provide technical, social and moral support to citizens to live a purposeful life. Our goal is to equip trainers; leaders and society at large with skills to enable them discharge their responsibilities as role models in the community.

Our Objectives are to disseminate adequate and relevant information as may be required through advocacy and sensitization seminars with a view of bringing desirable behavioural changes among populace in the society, provide comprehensive support for those infected with infectious diseases such as Malaria, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis and TB through effective, well-structured home based care and counseling activities, provide care and support for orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) within the age 0-15 years in the community, provide support for widows to alleviate their burdens and provide adequate and environmental friendly care support structure for the less privilege ones such as portable water and other infrastructures. These have been achieved through coordinating advocacy and sensitization meetings with influential stakeholders of the target groups and communities, collaborating with local health facilities, like state and local actors, provision of member support counseling services and informative education, peer group behavioural change communication interventions for both in and out of school youths within the communities with the formation of youth clubs.

The Organisation is poised to provide health facility services which include facilitating focus group discussions with Communities on Malaria, HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis prevention and Reproductive Health, promote service availability within communities, empower community members to contribute to improved service provision, advocacy to stakeholders to invest in community health programming for improved service delivery and ownership.
