Our management system includes but not limited to (i) financial (ii) administrative (iii) M&E and logistic and (iv) programmes. These have been designed so as to be able to face the ever-increasing challenges associated with its work. Financial and administrative staff manages the organization’s funding streams and providing assistance and support to collaborating CBOs and NGOs in order to facilitate improved systems for accountability. The M&E unit is responsible for oversight project monitoring and evaluation activities, with expertise for conducting social mobilization for awareness creation and baseline surveys for community focus projects. The programmes units initiate project activities, and provide overall coordination at all levels including on the job mentoring, networking, report writing and presentation to stakeholders.
